Biography of Peter Jablonski

Peter Jablonski is a Swedish classical pianist of Polish heritage, celebrated as a prodigy who began performing as a drummer with jazz legends in New York at age nine before launching a major international piano career after being signed by Decca Records at 17 with the support of conductor Vladimir Ashkenazy. An award-winning artist with a repertoire spanning from Tchaikovsky concertos to contemporary music, he has performed with over 150 orchestras worldwide, won prizes including a Swedish Grammy, and serves as a global ambassador for Polish composer Karol Szymanowski. In 2022 he was elected to the Royal Swedish Academy of Music, and his recent projects include championing overlooked composers like Grażyna Bacewicz and André Tchaikovsky.
